The process of booking your portrait:

The prices listed are guide prices based on the portrait sizes I most often work with. Final dimensions are confirmed after the composition stage and may vary slightly depending on the layout. I can work in any dimensions up to approximately 65 x 95 cm, and create detailed custom backgrounds for an additional quote.
The current price list covers 1 and 2 subjects only, but I can draw multiple subjects in my portraits. Please get in touch for any enquiries about multi-subject portraits, custom sizing options, or detailed backgrounds.
1 - Get in Touch
If you’re interested in commissioning a portrait, please contact me via my submission form. We’ll discuss your portrait idea, preferred size, reference photos, and any deadlines or special occasions you have in mind.
2 - Place Your Order & Secure Your Booking
Once everything is confirmed, a $200 AUD non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your commission and reserve your place in my schedule.
3 - Mock-up & Final Details
When it is your turn in my schedule, I’ll contact you to discuss your reference photo, composition, and background options. I’ll create a mock-up of your portrait for your approval before I begin.
4 - Full Payment & Creation
Once the mock-up is approved, the remaining balance is due before I start creating your portrait. I’ll keep you updated with progress photos throughout the process.
5 - Final Approval
Once your portrait is complete, I’ll send you a final photo for approval. Minor adjustments can be made before your artwork is carefully packaged and shipped.
6 - Worldwide Shipping
Artwork is shipped flat-packed and unframed. Australia: $20 for XS and Small, $50 for Medium and Large. International: $60 for XS and Small, $80 for Medium and Large. XL portraits are calculated separately.
