Before discussing sizes and pricing for 2 or more subjects, I like to have a look at your photos first. This helps me create different compositions to show how I will arrange your images and determine which sizes will suit them best. I’ll create multiple composition options, giving you a selection of price points to choose from.
The prices listed above are guide prices based on typical portrait sizes that I draw. However, I can work in any dimensions up to 70 x 100cm and create detailed custom backgrounds for an additional quote. The current price list covers 1 subject only, but I can draw multiple subjects in my portraits.
Please get in touch with me for any inquiries about multi-subject portraits, custom sizing options or detailed backgrounds

1 - Booking your portrait:

To begin, please reach out to me via the contact form or email. I will provide an estimated completion time based on my current schedule. Once you're happy to proceed, kindly share reference photos and any details you’d like included, such as the size of the portrait or any other specific information. Details about the subject’s personality or story can help create a more meaningful piece. If you're unsure about the size, don't worry—I’m happy to guide you based on your preferences.

2 - Deposit

Once we’ve agreed on the reference photo, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that the deposit is refundable before and during the sketch phase, minus a $150 fee. After the sketch phase the deposit is completely non-refundable. For further details please refer to the [Terms and Conditions] page. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer (for Australian clients).

3 - Mock-up and background

When its your time in my schedule, I’ll send you a mock-up of the reference photo with selected background options. A color background of your choice is included, but if you prefer a custom background, the price will be adjusted depending on its complexity. We’ll discuss various background ideas, compositions, and perspectives, tailored to your chosen paper size.

4 - Creating the portrait

After you have approved the composition sketch, I will begin working on your portrait. I will keep you updated on my progress throughout the process to ensure you’re always informed.

5 - Final artwork and payment

After completing your portrait, I will send you a photo for approval. If you’d like to request any minor adjustments, this is the time to do so, and they will be made at no additional charge. Once you are fully satisfied, I will request the remaining 50% balance.

6 - Shipping

After receiving the final payment, I will carefully pack your portrait and ship it to you.Your portrait will arrive unframed along with an“Art Care Instructions” page to guide you on how to properly handle and care for your artwork. For the best preservation, it is important to have your portrait professionally framed to ensure it is properly sealed and protected. Shipping costs may vary based on your location and the size of your commission.

I truly hope your new portrait brings you joy. Your feedback means a lot to me, so I’d love to hear your thoughts on the process and your finished commission!
